What to eat After hair Transplant

Image
DHT or dihydrotestosterone is a protein produced in the body that binds to the androgen receptors present in the hair follicles. This affects the hair growth cycle hampering the growth in size and thickness. To prevent this occurrence, a diet rich in foods that act as DHT blockers should be taken after you undergo a hair transplant. These foods block DHT naturally and act as boosters for hair growth.   Include the following foods in your diet after transplant  1) Tomato: Tomatoes have Lycopene, which inhibits 5alpha-reductase, an agent to block DHT. It also contains beta carotene and antioxidants to help fight cell damage and ensure a good supply of nutrients to the scalp. Consume it in salads; it's paste in sauces or juices.  2) Eggs:  Eggs are a great way to bounce your way to healthy hair! They are rich in biotin and amino acids that match the proteins in the hair tissues. Boiled and cooked eggs are more beneficial than raw ones.
